Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. This page explains how we deliver, and what to do if something is not right.

Delivery

• Kuwait: orders are normally delivered within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
• Outside Kuwait: delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier and customs clearance, and are usually 5–14 business days.
• We will email you when your order ships and again when it is delivered. You can also follow its status any time under My Account → Orders.
• Please give a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. If we cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed.
• Large or bulk orders, and some international destinations, may carry a delivery charge. If one applies, our team will confirm it with you before dispatching.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country on international orders.

Order cancellation

You can ask us to cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number. We may also cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the order, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Returns

• You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
• Products that have been opened, used, or contaminated cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Contact us first with your order number. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (KNET or card) after we receive and check the returned goods. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–15 business days for the money to appear in your account. Refunds are made in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), the currency your order was charged in.

Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but sizes, packaging and appearance can vary slightly between batches. If you are unsure which product suits your needs, please ask us before you order.
